- She/Her
I am a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) with over a decade of nursing experience, including extensive work in high-risk labor and delivery. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Kaplan University and my Master of Science in Nursing from Walden University.
I provide compassionate, evidence-based care for children ages 6 and older, adolescents, and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, OCD, ADHD, and a variety of other mental health concerns. My goal is to create a welcoming, judgment-free space where each person feels comfortable sharing their experiences and actively participating in their care.
My approach is collaborative, practical, and patient-centered. I believe that meaningful progress begins with trust, and I strive to build strong therapeutic relationships where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered. By combining medication management with supportive therapy, we work together to develop individualized treatment plans that fit your goals, lifestyle, and unique needs.
I enjoy working with individuals across all stages of life and recognize that seeking mental health care is an important step toward overall well-being. Whether you're navigating a new challenge or managing a long-standing condition, my goal is to provide compassionate, personalized care that helps you build confidence, resilience, and lasting emotional wellness. I also have a special interest in women's mental health and perinatal mood and anxiety disorders.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, keeping up with my three very busy kids, and taking walks with our dog, Oakley.
I am currently accepting new patients.
